Audits and audit reports

Audits are expected to require between 3 and 5 hours, contingent upon the unit's size. Each audit will produce a comprehensive written report, including photographs that illustrate both compliance and non-compliance, alongside proposed actions and recommended timelines. Customized food safety logs and data can be provided as necessary, subject to an additional fee.

The initial audit may require a longer duration. It is advisable to have a management representative available to assist with information regarding policies, training records, and related documentation.

All collected data will be managed in accordance with GDPR requirements and treated with strict confidentiality; information will not be disclosed to any external parties.
